Title: Less space color panel

Maybe it’s time to make it a bit smaller? In this case we would have more room for reference or layers panel. We can easily remove that line from screenshot under + button. I don’t think people use different color schemes on a regular basis quite often during painting. As for me, I set it to hsv and forgot about it.
