Title: Quickselect layer blending mode problem

Version 3.1.5 (647)
iPad Pro 2nd Gen 12.9
When selecting layer blending mode in the layers quickmenu doesn't work as expected. In the layer properties window it works as supposed to. One of the things that are affected is the opacity slider that gets locked or very unresponsive.
