Title: Video replaced by one from previous artwork

I was trying to export the recorded process for one file and it turned out that instead of the one that the file contains, the video was replaced completely by a different one from a file made some time ago. It seems like the video of the work I was trying to export is completely gone. What could've happened? It's really frustrating.

I have been trying to fix that for few months, but cannot find a way to reproduce this problem…

Man, that sucks.. I'll also mention that it's not only this, this is just the most severe example- sometimes, for whatever reason, only parts of a recording will be replaced by clips from different ones, it's so strange
