Title: Bucket Fill (Bug?) + Suggestion

Hi, everyone!  The program looks amazing after the latest version! Five stars!

But... I noticed a problem.
The 'Bucket Fill' tool is expanding the color fill beyond the selection made.
This can be observed with a lot of zooming.
I think this is a bug since the 'Expand' option is set to zero.

Other than that I would like to suggest a small addition:

(Right below 'Expand' - [bucket/bucket fill options])

Contract: -01,-02,-03,-04... -10

If the "Expand" option exists it seems fair to add the "Contract" option.

I cannot reproduce this issue, please give us more details.

Zoom: 6000+)

I alternate between the Lasso and the Bucket Fill to try to show the overfill in action.

It is fixed now, new version will be released on Monday.
