Title: Top Bar - usability problem
Post by: Raffaello on March 31, 2021, 04:10:00 PM
Hi, on the top bar.  I use it on iPad Pro, and I created some shortcuts on the bar that would make my workflow easier.  So far so good, but as I put several shortcuts, the application presents the following usability problem.  When the iPad is turned vertically or when I use split screen with other apps.  The last icons (shortcuts) disappear, and it is not viable to access.  I believe that it would be interesting to think of a solution to these situations of reduction of the work area.  At the end of the top bar, as soon as it crosses the shortcut limit, it could generate a small menu from a “+” button that would show all other shortcuts in a menu.  Or it could be thought for the shortcuts not visible in the bar to go directly to the menu of the "three points".

Thanks for suggestion, adding actions in Tools panels makes sense.

Maybe in the cases when the toolbar icons are cropped, you could slide your finger over the toolbar to scroll it left and right, revealing the hidden icons.

Yes, this would also be an interesting solution, but it would need a visual indication for new users to understand that it would be necessary to drag it to the side to reveal more icons.

Thanks for solving this problem leaving the top bar scrollable.
