Title: Rulers, ellipsis, and perspective rulers?

Are these in the works? Also can’t seem to figure out of to resize selections

Selection transform is ready, it will be released in version 1.1 this month.

Ellipse - there is select ellipse tools. And Drawing Mode: Release in paint tool

Ruler - what do you mean?

What I meant by rulers was tools to help draw straight lines, or circles/ellipsis. I was wondering about a perspective tool that would do 1 , 2, and 3 point perspective .

The guide lines drop or pull from the vertical & horizontal rulers... I have problems with guide lines popping out when working too close to the edges... sort of annoying... I usually turn the rulers off for most of my work, and open them when guide lines are needed...

Once you use the guidelines, how do you get rid of them? It would be nice to have a selection tool grab with and handles on the guidelines so maybe one could adjust the lines for perspectives.

Greg, to remove guide lines === i pick the “move” tool (top of tool bar) and move them back to the ruler they came from ... I don’t know if there is another way to do it or not... It helps to reduce the canvas so you can see them better!

Yes, currently the only way to remove guides is using Move tool, exactly Ktoon described.
You can also hide guides, View>Show>Show Guides

Yeah, 1,2,3 point perspective will be really helpful.

A simple “Reset Guides” would be perfect. Is it there yet? I don’t see it.
