Title: Eraser and Snapping

When turning on and using the snap feature, is there a way to only have the brush tools work with snap and not the eraser tool?

Rather not. But you can now add "Snap" option to top toolbar to easily turn Snap on and off. It is possible in version 3.1.

I have just tested that, and ^ (Control) is working fine, it disabled snapping correctly.
