Title: Rope Smoothing bug Artstudio Pro for iPad 3.0.6

There is extreme lag using Rope Smoother while inside the smoothing Radius. When out side the radius the Pen moves correctly.  But inside it can be several seconds behind the actual position of the pen and it will "catch up" to it eventual.  This makes starting new lines annoying and hard turns difficult.

It is truely a bug,but in iPhone version is ok.
