Title: reference layer and make arcs

hi there,
how to do a reference layer workflow like it is done in procreate? you know where you draw on one layer and use another layer to fill it in?

can you use freehand and line to make an arc shape? if not , how to make arcs?

Reference layer cannot be used as destination layer for Bucket Fill. It can be only used as a "sample source layer" for tools like Bucket Fill, Eyedropper, Wet Paint, Smudge etc - you have to only change Sample mode in Tool Options panel.

Arcs - not possible now, sorry. It will be added in version 3.1 or 3.2
