When you open second document from gallery, color panel can’t be opened.

I just encountered this, couldn’t open the color menu until I restarted the app.
If I close the document before opening another one, it works normally.
Also, there is a non-critical, but annoying glitch when using brush cursor set to outline with tilt-enabled brushes like the default pencils or the edge airbrush, where the cursor will jump up and down as the pencil moves and sometimes even be skewed at the moment the pencil makes contact with the screen.
It seems the cause is having size set to tilt specifically and from what I can tell, it’s strictly a visual glitch, the actual stamp placement is unaffected.

Please install 3.0.3, available now. It fixes problem with Colors.

OUtline cursor problem in some brush - i reproduced that, we will fix it next week
