Title: Suggestion: Interchangeable Toolbar and Color Swatches

Option to flip the toolbar and color swatches. So user can chose which one is on the side and which one on the top.

No, there are too many cases to implement this: sometimes top toolbar is hidden and left visible, sometimes left toolbar shows icons instead of swatches etc...
