both versions:
- now recently edited layer effects are used as a default value when editing another layer (but only if it was not yet edited, or after using 'Clear Effects').
- now long press for Clone tool is working even if Eyedropper delay is 0.0 in preferences
- fixed controls in Blur and Sharpen tools
- fixed RGB calculation of semitransparent pixels in clipping mask
- fixed RGB calculation of semitransparent pixels when painting on layers with locked transparency
- few other minor bug fixes

iOS version
- added option in preferences to disable zooming/panning with fingers in Pencil Only mode
- fixed Pencil Only icon state on iPad after changing active document
- fixed dragging guidelines from the ruler (you have to show ruler first: tap View->Ruler in top menu)

macOS version:
- now you can press and hold 'Option' key to temporary activate Eyedropper when using Paint, Wet Paint and other tools that need a color
- fixed saving window size and position
- you can now double-click on the right of layers row to open Effects Editor (even if Fx icon is not visible)
- mouse cursor is now immediately updated after changing brush size with [ and ] keys
