Title: [bug] Hover cursor on Mac doesn’t reflect stylus tilt

Hi Lucky Clan,

Thank you for a really wonderful bit of art software!

I’m using Artstudio Pro on macOS with a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet, and while rotation of the actual brush works fine when tilting the stylus, the rotation of the outline cursor of the brush only updates after the stylus is lifted (and then stays fixed until the next time the stylus is pressed down and lifted, etc), which makes the outline cursor preview not very useful.
