Hi there.
I am a huge fan of color randomisation on brush strokes (paintstorm makes it at perfection for exemple)
I think it's an awesome tool for achieving richest colors, a good way to be closer to traditional painting.

So yeah, a color randomisation (by strokes and/or by "points") with a choice of radom hue, value, saturation would i thing be an excellent addition to the brush engine.

It is possible in current version. You have to set some non zero value in Brush Editor > Jitter > Hue/Saturation/Lightness, and disable General > Colorize Each Stamp
