Title: Loading TLP: MichaelAdamidisArt(Realistic Photoshop Oil & Acrylic Brushes)
Post by: philippecmartin on June 16, 2019, 01:03:55 PM
Hello,

I am on the iPad version and just purchased a very large package [1]

First of all I love your software :) - keep it up !

While the process of accessing the brushes is very slow (iPad pro 2018) it also seems to create issues.

For instance I have a case where another brush set seemed to get corrupted / I could see some of the Adamis brushes in the Frenden set.

I doubt I can share those brushes with you so perhaps could you ask the author to share them so you can test this ?

PS: I have asked them to break-down the package - awaiting answers.

Perhaps it could be because ASP doesn't import Photoshop Layer Styles (effects) / .ASL files natively since Michael Adamidis brushes uses these to create Impasto painting effect. Besides its more than 400 brushes BTW.

Are those any better than Kyle's?

Yes, very much. They sort of simulate real media look in Photoshop like ArtRage and Corel Painter. For that he uses Magic Canvas, a Photoshop file with multiple layered textured canvases and uses Bevel and Emboss layer effects to achieve Impasto thick paint.
