Title: Per Brush Curve Settings

It seems that by default the per brush pressure curve setting doesn't reflect the global pressure curve setting in the latest 2.2 (319) beta. Please check.

Per Brush curve and global curve are 2 separate things, both of them are applied. App first converts raw pressure coming from pencil using global curve, then it applies per brush curve.
