Title: Bottom bar under top menu

Is it possible to have settings moving bottom bar with size, opacity, etc. to the top of the screen. Like it is in Photoshop, under menu. It would be much more convenient to change brush settings then it is now. Thanks.

Currently it is not possible, sorry
